Eye contact with the cutest kid on earth.

Cambodia doesn't have many export goods but were it legal to export Cambodian children, the country would be swimming in foreign currency. There are nary cuter chitlins anywhere in the world than the little ankle-biters of Cambodia. This one in particular, when placed on the ground, begins a violent back and forth twist that entertains her parents and foreigners without fail. She, herself, seems to get a kick out of it as well.

Ferocious twist in motion.

I dragged the shutter just enough to imply motion at 1/160 seconds. However, in retrospect, what I should have done was to accept the parents' offer of adopting their baby and taking her to the USA. I'm not sure how serious the offer was but I recall neither parent smiling nor offering any hint of irony.

Finished twisting and damn proud!

Another of her tricks despite barely being able to stand was to brace herself against a chair and when someone voiced out a rhythmic beat, she'd sway her tiny buttocks from side to side. What a baby! Great entertainment for dinner guests, weddings, and bar mitzvahs!

Truly adorable. I love the series of the 3 of them viewed together. The whole adoption thing was scary, though.

Anything to give their kid a chance at a better life... though I'm not sure living with me would necessarily be a better life. I have neither a home nor a job!
