Early morning Tai Chi Chuan at the National Theater in Taipei.
I ran across these early birds one morning when I had a rare opportunity to wander around Taipei by my lonesome. Tai Chi Chuan is a form of martial arts purported to have health benefits. By focusing exclusively on the body's movements, it is supposed to help achieve a state of mental calm and clarity. As for me, a constant state of unemployment and traveling helps me achieve the same stress-free mental calm and clarity. ;-)

Tai chi chuan is literally translated to "supreme ultimate fist."
