The courtyard of the Al-Azhar Mosque in Islamic Cairo.
The outside of the Al-Azhar Mosque was photographed on my initial scouting run through Islamic Cairo. Armed with long pants and flip-flops that fly right off my filthy feet, I was able to enter the mosque on this visit.
