The pani puri snack vendor strikes a glamorous pose near the spotlights of India Gate, a famous Delhi landmark.
The variety of snacks and quick bites in India are mind boggling. Pani puri is a bite-sized hollow crusty edible bowl filled immediately upon purchase with a watery substance. At India Gate, there are so many vendors, they're required to stand behind chains in order to keep the open area clear for the benefit of Indian and foreign visitors.
The mobile chai wallah and cotton candy seller, both rest their weary feet near the spotlights of India Gate.
You can't keep an Indian salesman down. Despite the lack of energy, like a dying tape recorder, the cotton candy guy weakly sends out his 10 rupee appeal.
